1. Return terms

You have the right to return the products bought online within 14 days. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can contact us to arrange the return. Your decision to return the product must be sent in a clear statement, such as an email or fax. Once the item is returned to our address, we will refund the original price, deducting the return cost made by us. Transport costs will be deducted, with a minimum of €20.

The product must be in the same new, unused condition in which you received it. The returned products will be inspected upon receipt. We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value if the returned product is damaged

2. Exchange terms

If you’re not happy with your online purchase, you can exchange it for another product of similar value. You should contact us before returning the initial order.
